RESPONSE OF MICROBIAL COMMUNITIES IN LEACHED CHERNOZEM ON THE ACTION OF HERBICIDE DIPHESANE


The detoxification rate for the herbicide diphesane was studied using the radish sprout bioassay, the CLPP method, and inoculation of the diluted MPA medium. There was revealed the effect of the herbicide on leached chernozem’s microbial communities in lea and in grain cropped land.

BARLEY COLLECTION FOR BREEDING UNDER CONDITIONS OF WESTERN SIBERIA


2511 varieties of different eco-geographic origin were studied. The fittest varieties for growing under conditions of Western Siberia were selected. 18 novel varieties and the promising breeding material were developed.

A method has been developed for inoculation of the tuberculosis mycobacteria onto liquid nutrient media using stabs of meat infusion peptone agar gel. It has been established that the method allows obtaining abundant bacterial mass within a short space of time.

The use of the Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) method has been considered by the example of DNA plasmids isolated from serotypes of Siberian salmonellas. The parts of the plasmid DNA have been analyzed to determine the presence of the SPVC gene. The DNA preparation method for using in PFGE has been suggested.

EFFECT OF A TECHNIQUE FOR USING PROBIOTIC ON THE ECOLOGICAL STATE OF THE AIR IN HEN HOUSES


There are set out the comparative analysis data on two techniques for using probiotic feed bacterin EM-Agroob. It has been established that giving probiotic to drink to broiler chickens is more effective than its spraying is and allows preventing the ammonia generation in hen houses, increasing gains in the live weight and reducing feed consumption and broiler mortality.

DETERMINING PARAMETERS OF OPENER’S RECEIVER IN SEEDING TILLAGE MACHINE OB-43T


The optimal sowing width for the seeding tillage machine Ob-43T has been determined. A mathematical model that allows determining parameters of the opener’s receiver is presented. The opener that provides the evenness of sowing within the limits of the optimal band has been developed, and the results of its experimental and commercial check are given.

The comparative analysis data on biochemical properties of fibrin and of preserved velvet antlers of marals are given. It has been established that the biosubstance obtained from fibrin by means of the technology developed possesses the biological activity, adaptogenic and tonic action that allows considering fibrin as a crude drug material of antlered deer farming.
