DYNAMICS OF IMMOBILIZED NITROGEN TRANSFORMATIONS IN ORGANIC MATTER OF CHESTNUT SOILS OF BURYATIA

In the laboratory experiments with using 15N, there were studied the distribution of organic nitrogen of chestnut soil and immobilized one of fertilizers as to groups and fractions of humus as well as the change of their content in the course of time with the kinetic evaluation of participation of fertilizers‘ fixed nitrogen in the processes of photosynthesis and mineralization of humic matters.

TOXIC EFFECT OF THE DIALEN SUPER HERBICIDE IN SPRING BARLEY AGROPHYTOCENOSIS

The toxic effect of the herbicide in spring barley agrophytocenosis has been considered. The optimal rates of applying work solution of the herbicide have been recommended. The author’s technique for determining the toxic effect is given.

The specific structure of pea and soybean root rot agents has been established. The results of field trials on different varieties of soybean under conditions of the Kurgan Region are given. BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN REPRODUCTION OF SEA BUCKTHORN

There was studied the efficiency of using growth substances for vegetative and seed reproduction of sea buckthorn, and revealed their role in seed germination and increase in the number of survived seedlings when transplanted. The intervarietal polymorphism in response of sea buckthorn to growth substances has been considered.

There was carried out the comparative evaluation of biometric and electrophysical methods for diagnosing the resistance of spring soft wheat to chloride salinization by the example of varieties bred in Siberia. It has been established that the electrophysical method is highly competitive with, and sometimes exceeds, the biometric methods as to resolution.
