FEATURES OF MORPHOGENETIC CONTROL OF ESPARCET AND ALFALFA IN VITRO
The methodical problems of in vitro culturing esparcet and alfalfa from Siberia and Yakutia have been considered. The regulatory activity of MPN being a mechanochemically-processed product of fir greenery has been studied. The recommendations to use it in biotechnology of esparcet and alfalfa are given.

There was studied the content of zinc, copper, cadmium and lead in pollen load collected by honey bees from apiaries in the south of Western Siberia. It has been established that the bee product studied is ecological and can be used as a biologically active substance.

DYNAMICS OF OVERGROUND PHYTOMASS ACCUMULATION DURING NATURAL PROGRESSIVE SUCCESSION ON TECHNOGENIC SUBSTRATES UNDER CONDITIONS OF NORILSK INDUSTRIAL AREA
It has been established that sharp increase of overground phytomass occurs at the first stage — during the period of active colonization of open spaces by plants. At the subsequent stages, the growth of phytomass becomes slower, only the ratio of botanical groups forming biomass considerably changes.
