EFFECT OF PHYTOGENOUS ORGANIC FERTILIZERS ON PROPERTIES OF GRAY PODZOLIC SOIL

There was determined the effect of using straw and green manure as fertilizers on agrochemical properties, microflora composition, root rot development and biological activity of gray podzolic soil under conditions of near-taiga zone of Western Siberia.

HUMIC ACID STABILITY OF PEATS OF THE OB-IRTYSH FLOOD-PLAIN AND FEATURES OF MOLECULAR STRUCTURE

The new data characterizing structural features of humic acids of peat soils of the Ob-Irtysh flood-plain were obtained. There are set out the results of thermogravimetric analysis, element composition, absorption spectra, NMR and ESR spectroscopy of humic acid molecules extracted from peat of various geneses. There were revealed the differences between humic acids of highmoor peat and those of transition and near-fen peat.

There was revealed the effect of plants and agrotechnical methods on properties of medium solonetz soils in phytoreclamation lea rotations in Western Siberia. The reclamation and economic efficiency of rotations is shown, the different variants to increase productivity of lowfertility soils are analyzed.

There are set out the results of investigations on determining relationship between potassium concentration in blood of reindeers of Nenets native breed and economic characters of animals. It has been confirmed that animals being noted for hereditary conditioned high potassium concentration in blood have adaptive advantage in zones with extreme environmental conditions.

MINERAL COMPOSITION OF TISSUES OF WILD AND DOMESTIC MARALS IN GORNY ALTAI

The mineral composition of wool and blood serum of “domestic” and wild marals in Gorny Altai was investigated, the physiological indices were compared. The dependence of livability and antler productivity on Na, Fe, and Cu contents in maral’s body was revealed. The differences in accumulating various chemical elements in wool and bony tissues of other wild animals in Altai were discovered.

Seven different regimens were studied in two experiments using comparative analysis to treat calves with mycoplasmosis-associated infection. By means of laboratory testing methods, the most appropriate regimens for further trials were revealed.

FACTOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES OF PIGS AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES

It has been established that factor infectious diseases of pigs under conditions of large-scale units and farms are widespread and of a stationary nature. The complex of technological, veterinary-sanitary, zoohygienic and zootechnic activities has been proposed as the most effective measures of prevention of such diseases. It is aimed at optimization of keeping and housing conditions and at breaking epizootic chain under minimum use of vaccines.

It has been established in the laboratory experiments that 50 % suspension of submerged culture of predacious fungus Duddingtonia flagrans reduces the number of larvae at disease of marals induced by E. panticola.

The analytical study of hashers was carried out, and the calculation of such interrelated parameters of them as a diameter of knife plate, a rate of product release from a hasher outlet, and rotation frequency of forcing feed screw according to specified performance has been proposed.

The technological features to produce soft cheese enriched with concentrate of Simplesse serum protein are considered.
