In experiments on studying long-term action of gypsum (for 20 and 25 years) on crusted  high- and low-natrium solonetz soils, there were revealed the directionality changes of soil-forming process.

ON UNREALIZED POTENTIAL OF SPRING SOFT WHEAT GRAIN YIELDING ABILITY UNDER CONDITIONS OF THE TOMSK REGION

There are considered the findings of many years on grain yielding ability of spring soft wheat in working environment and at the State strain-trial stations of the Tomsk Region. A level of genetic potential realization was determined for the varieties cultivated.

SUSCEPTIBILITY OF SPIDER MITE TO BITOXIBACILLIN IN DIFFERENT SOYBEAN VARIETIES

The influence of four soybean varieties on viability and growth rate of Tetranychus urticae Koch was evaluated under model conditions. The SibNIIK 315 soybean variety appeared to be the most resistant to this phytophage. The high efficiency of Bitoxibacillin biological preparation against spider mite in the SibNIIK 315 and Omskaya 4 soybean varieties recognized in Western
Siberia is shown.

BIOLOGICAL JUSTIFICATION OF MONITORING, FORECASTING AND BLACK-GERM CONTROL OF SPRING WHEAT IN THE NOVOSIBIRSK REGION

For ecological adaptation of monitoring and black-germ control, there were investigated the etiology and disease harmfulness in the region. The epiphytotiological features of causative agents are shown. The evaluation of protection measures efficiency is given.

CESIUM-137 ACCUMULATION IN AGRICULTURAL FEED PRODUCTS OF WESTERN SIBERIA

The peculiarities of 137Cs accumulation in different kinds of feed products in the Novosibirsk, Tomsk and Kemerovo Regions were studied. The variability parts conditioned by ecological factors and a kind of feed object were determined by means of variance analysis. There is shown the possibility to use the results for evaluating a degree of 137Cs environmental pollution as well as for forecasting and correcting 137Cs ingress into agricultural animal products and human organism.

TRANSFERASE ACTIVITY OF TISSUES IN PIGS

The genotype effect of Precocious Meat boars bred in Novosibirsk upon the activity of 2 aminotransferases was studied in different tissues of the progeny. It was established that the activity of tissue transferases is higher in the animals with improved productivity.

There are set out the results on investigating preparations of nucleinic and albuminous origin. It has been established that joint application of polyribonate with protein-lipid concentrate furthers increasing absolute and relative growth rates of chickens as well as increasing relative weight of some parenchymatous organs.

VARIABILITY AND INTERRELATION OF MORPHOBIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS IN MALE AND FEMALE ALTAIAN MIRROR CARPS OF EIGHT BREEDING GENERATION

There were determined the variation coefficients as to various traits and indices taken into consideration when breeding. There were studied the basic morphological characters in male Altaian mirror carps raised in a zone of development and farming. There was revealed the relationship of morphological characters and fertility in male carps.

EFFECT OF VETOM 3 PROBIOTIC PREPARATION ON MEAT QUALITY OF BROILER CHICKENS

There was studied the effect of Vetom 3 probiotic preparation on meat quality of broiler chickens.
It was established that contents of protein, fat, ash, indispensable amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids in muscular tissues of chickens increased, and water content decreased as influenced by the preparation.

There are considered the conditions permitting assembling a mechanism with six-link fourbar structural group, where a drive link and the bar connected to it have turning pairs. There were determined the conditions of crank revolutions depending on correlations between dimensions of the drive link and the bar connected to it.

ALGORITHM TO DETERMINE LINK POSITIONS OF PIPE-LAYING MACHINE LINKAGE

There is offered the approximate solution of link position task for the 3-class pipe-laying machine linkage with two bearers and two degrees of freedom. The solution algorithm brings to finding points of coupler-point curve and circle intersection.

The virulence of entomopathogenic isolates of Metarhizium anisopliae fungus toward Colorado beetle was studied. The efficacy of fungal preparation as a promising insecticide against Leptinotarsa decemlineata was shown.
