STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONING OF MICROBE CENOSISES OF CHERNOZEM SOILS AT THEIR REESTABLISHMENT
It is shown that in long-fallow chernozems of the south part of Western Siberia the number of oligotrophic organisms reduces with the increase of the number of ammonificating bacteria. Mineralization activity in deposits is decelerated that contributes to chernozem process development and humus accumulation. Seral reconstruction in microbe soil cenosis take place faster in southern zones.

ASCERTAINMENT OF THE OPTIMAL INTRODUCTION WAY AND DOSE OF PROBIOTIC ZIMUN-14.40 AT TREATMENT OF SUBCLINICAL GARGET OF COWS
G. N ozdrin, A. Mizhevikina
It is ascertained that introduction of probiotic Zimun-14.40 into udder is unpractical at subclinical garget of cows because of the fact that the main probiotic ingredient — Bacillus subtilis — is a cause of acidulation of the habitat and leads to formation of thick white flakes with caseous consistence in milk. For treatment of the subclinical garget of cows we recommend to introduce probiotic Zimun 14.40 paravaginally in doses of 10 ml for one head daily up to the full recovery.
A. NOZDRIN
